Returns and Exchanges

We want you to love every order that you receive from Furnisho, but we understand that there are times when you may wish to return an item. This Return policy applies to all purchases made on the Furnisho platform. You may return or exchange a product if:

  • Furnisho delivers the wrong product.
  • A damaged product.
  • Some parts are missing from a product.
  • A product that does not fulfil the specifications as per your original order.

We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with the product you receive for any of the reasons mentioned above, don’t hesitate to get in touch with us at: info@furnisho.pk with your order number and reason for return. We will provide you with the address to return the products within seven business days of receipt. Your refund of product price would occur after we have received the returning products and inspected them.

Condition Returning an item

Any products bought on the site can be returned within 7 days of delivery.We will accept returns only if the product reaches back in our office in original condition with all invoices.

Warranty

Buy with Confidence. Furnisho offers a 30-Day Warranty on all parts. The warranty covers any defects in material or the quality of the product. It does not cover any damage done while using the product. Any product returned within a warranty period will be eligible for a refund or a replacement. Within seven days after package receipt: If you get the parcel with physical damage or item broken from www. furnisho.pk, you can contact Customer Service Center within seven days to discuss and find out how to exchange or refund.
